For the 30-second video used on the website and in advertisements, we started by crafting a compelling script that highlighted the brand's values and product uniqueness. The visuals were brought to life with custom 3D animations, while the music, composed specifically for the project by Dj Nikas, added energy and atmosphere
Marketing strategy
The marketing strategy began with building awareness and educating the audience about the upcoming kombucha brand through social media, focusing on its benefits and unique qualities. Content was tailored to target audience segments to generate interest before the factory launch.
After production started, video and photo shoots were conducted with the product, and the website transitioned from showcasing the product range to enabling e-commerce. A pre-sale campaign collected wishlist sign-ups, and a dedicated landing page for the producer was launched.
Post-launch, the strategy shifted to supporting offline sales and optimizing website conversions through ongoing marketing efforts.

Once the bottling line was operational, we conducted video and photo shoots with the actual product. Simultaneously, we launched a website that initially served to introduce the product range. After the factory launch, we enabled e-commerce functionality, including payment processing and delivery options.
At the outset, the product was not yet available for offline purchase, and the target audience was completely unaware of the upcoming brand. Therefore, our initial focus was on raising awareness and educating the audience about the product. Through social media, we engaged followers by sharing content about the health benefits and unique qualities of kombucha. We identified target audience segments and tailored our content, creating posts and Reels to warm up interest ahead of the factory launch.
Using of AI
During the early stages of the project, before we could photograph the actual kombucha cans, we leveraged 3D graphics and AI-generated images. These visuals not only filled the gap but also effectively captured attention and achieved high engagement rates.
For Halloween, we used AI to create a fun, humorous video that resonated with the audience and generated a significant amount of feedback and interaction. These creative solutions allowed us to maintain a consistent presence and keep the audience engaged, even in the absence of physical product imagery.
Real-life subject photo shoot
Once the first kombucha batches were bottled and the real product was in hand, we shifted our focus to creating authentic visuals. We organized professional photo and video shoots to showcase the live kombucha cans in their best light. These materials became the foundation for updated website content, social media posts, and advertisements. The use of the actual product added credibility to the brand, enhanced audience trust, and marked a key milestone in our campaign, transitioning from pre-launch to active sales promotion.

By crafting targeted ad campaigns, we highlighted the product's benefits and relevance, directing each audience segment to tailored offers that emphasized the value of kombucha in their lives.

About the results
We successfully launched a new kombucha brand in the Czech Republic, building awareness and engaging the audience before the factory's opening. Our work included managing multilingual social media accounts, running a wishlist campaign with over 1,000 sign-ups, and creating an e-shop, producer landing page, and wishlist landing page. Using 3D and AI-generated visuals pre-launch, followed by real product shoots, we ensured strong engagement and trust.
